for everything in our surroundings, a thought that breaks the traditional idea that the world

is in front of us and it is something external that we need to conquer.

youngsters with contemporary philosophy concepts and it is essential for those who want to

encourage love and respect for our ecological surroundings.

Luis Antonio Wences was born in 1959 in the city of Chilpancingo, Guerrero, Mexico. He

is a psychologist since 1981 and has a master’s in Clinical Psychology, both titles from the

National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). He also has a doctorate in

Philosophy from the Humanities Center for Research and Teaching in Morelos and is

currently working on his doctoral thesis. He is a member of the Mexican Clinical

Psychology Society since 1987 and the Ibero-American Society of Heideggerian Studies

since 2012.

In the work field, he has been a psychologist in diverse health and teaching institutes as

well as a university teacher for different teacher-forming schools. He has devoted his

practice to clinical child psychology for over 20 years.
